Authentically You at Healthfirst

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a vital connection point for Healthfirst employees. ERGs were formed to support the mission, goals, and values of Healthfirst. ERGs at Healthfirst unite different employee cultures, ethnicities, backgrounds, experiences, and generations across the organization for the purpose of building and fostering a diverse, inclusive employee community that values the richness of all individuals and perspectives. In these communities, people who identify with the ERG and their allies will:

•Build a sense of belonging and safety •Freely share their knowledge, experiences, and questions •Celebrate cultures and communities •Learn from and about each other and build relationships •Learn about other topics beneficial to any Healthfirst team member
