Description and Requirements
- Key member of the Finance leadership team, aide in developing overall strategy for the team as well as planning and executing on key strategic objectives.
- Oversee the Hospital Pool Reporting function ensuring that pool calculations are complete and accurate, with all quarterly reporting completed timely, as well as providing support to the DSE team and our Sponsor Hospitals with respect to underlying data analytics and details relating to the Pool reports.
- Provide financial support structure to the Account Management team in DSE and the Product leaders within the Growth team to help ensure they have both the financial information and the understanding of that information needed to perform their functions.
- Oversee and direct all expense management, planning and forecasting activities for the enterprise embedding a culture of innovation and financial discipline that is both aligned to and supports the enterprise strategic and financial goals.
- Rationalize cost structures and drive conversations with business partners that lead to more astute cost management and the creation of more efficient structures and processes.
- Lead the efforts for the preparation, review and approval of the organization’s annual operating, cash, and capital budgets, including monitoring budget vs. actual operating performance.
- Manage FP&A providing guidance to create a comprehensive monthly financial reporting package, and daily, weekly, or monthly key performance reports, designed to support management decision making.
- Partner with executive and management teams to define and prepare annual operating plans, deliverables and measurable objectives that support the short and long-term strategic plan for the organization.
- Drive innovation and automation of various processes and functions within Finance to ensure maximum efficiency and areas for development and improvement.
- Key contributor to the Finance Leadership team responsible for the development of team members and the creation of a culture where employees are engaged and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting from accredited institution
- Extensive work experience in healthcare related companies
- Resourceful and creative in solving complex issues and working corroboratively with others Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong analytic, organizational and communication skills
- Strong leadership experience in both managing teams and results
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA from accredited institution
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial reporting
- Knowledge of Workday ERP System
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $193,100 - $375,870
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $193,100 - $375,870
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
