Description and Requirements

The Medicare Compliance Manager will serve as the primary lead for maintaining, ensuring and fostering an environment that enhances and promotes compliance, adherence to corporation’s ethical standards and conformance to all relevant federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations applicable to the company.
Monitors the organization’s compliance with CMS guidelines. Routinely assesses compliance through use of the Medicare monitoring guide. Identifies potential risk areas and facilitates development and implementation of corrective actions to ensure continued compliance. Supports the Healthfirst Compliance Program through ensuring that required tasks are developed and implemented to support continued compliance. Develops and maintains documentation of all compliance activities and communications which are conducted to support corporate and regulatory compliance efforts. Monitors and prepares detailed reports on compliance activities and other topics as needed. Attends and participates in the Audit Compliance Meeting, Risk Adjustment Committee Meeting and other compliance conferences/meetings as required. Hiring Range*: Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $98,400 - $142,205 All Other Locations (within approved locations): $84,400 - $125,545 As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
