Description and Requirements
- Uses knowledge of the business to inform and supports the work of the Agile and scrum teams to refine, test, and make decisions regarding software being delivered.
- Enable delivery of Product Backlog by presenting backlog to team; creating owning, and refining well-formed user stories and artifacts that describe and detail new products, features and services based on feedback from team, creating acceptance criteria with the team, and accepting stories as they’re completed
- Identifies alternative business solutions and strategies and opportunities for process optimization and redesign that will allow us to accomplish objectives more quickly and at a higher level of probability
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build, prioritize, and define workflows and requirements and effectively communicates relevant information to project sponsors and program leadership
- Additional duties as assigned
Prior experience working in an Agile environment as a Product Owner or leading process improvement initiatives
- Prior experience and track record of success supporting the developers’ efforts as a Project Manager or Product Owner in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts (preferably Agile/SCRUM)
- Ability to multitask projects and tasks
- Excellent people and negotiation skills
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $138,900 - $212,500
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $118,100 - $180,710
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
