Description and Requirements

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, screening, and assessing candidates for requisitions or job groups across business areas. The Sourcing Specialist is also responsible for creating and providing candidate slates to the Talent Acquisition Delivery Managers that fit the needs of the business.
Build relationships with Research Specialists, Delivery Managers and Hiring Managers to understand future and existing talent needs of the business Review candidates that have applied to requisitions to identify those with the qualifications to be phone screened Followup and engage candidates delivered from the Talent Acquisition Research Partner and assess and sell based on existing HF opportunities Conduct phone screens of candidates utilizing Behavioral Based Interview fundamentals to deliver a quality slate of candidates to Talent Acquisition Delivery Managers Provide skillset summaries of potential candidates to Delivery Managers for consideration Participate in new requisition intake meeting with the Talent Acquisition Delivery Managers and Talent Acquisition Research Specialist Work with candidates in conformance with OFCCP guidelines and best practices Work closely with the Talent Acquisition colleagues to meet Service Level Agreement guidelines and expectations agreed to with stakeholders Develop creative approaches to identifying and recruiting high quality candidates, while pursuing costcontainment options
Hiring Range*: Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $98,400 - $142,205 All Other Locations (within approved locations): $84,400 - $125,545 As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
