Description and Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Organize, prepare and execute PI Planning on behalf of the Program
- Manage release train through PI execution
- Facilitation of Scrum of Scrums and Art Sync ceremonies
- Managing release train’s dependencies across the enterprise
- Help manage risks and dependencies and escalate and track where necessary
- Identification and communication of release train metrics
- Continuous improvement of metrics
- Coach leaders, teams and scrum masters in Agile practice and mindsets
- Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and built in quality practices
- Work and drive change for Enterprise through RTE Community of Practice
- Additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-7 years in related field helping drive delivery of business outcomes
- Certified in Agile Methodologies
- Experience in advising on Agile approaches to help increase delivery velocity
- Experience in coaching and training other team members
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong servant leadership qualities
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally
- Strong team work, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to effectively manage issues and complex situations
- Ability to work independently but integrates with teams when needed
- Advanced in Agile tools
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Information systems/technology or related fields
- Experience in managing a team
- Certified as SAFE RTE
- Experience as RTE
- Certified as Scrum Master
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $174,700 - $267,155
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $143,400 - $219,300
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
