Description and Requirements

The Project Manager, Talent Acquisition, plays a leading role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team in the hiring of top talent into the Healthfirst organization by ensuring recruitment efficiencies through applied technology and platform capabilities, as well as the promotion of best-practice processes. This role partners closely with the HR Operations team and serves as the Workday Recruiting Administrator responsible for complex analysis, design, development and implementation of system upgrades, policies, and related processes. In addition, this role will be responsible for maintaining TA SOPs and recruiting compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with HR Ops (including HRSS) and Technology teams on Workday system related projects, including system releases/upgrades, enhancement packages, testing, and process redesign. Represents TA at PI and required Agile meetings
  • Manages Workday Recruiting system configuration and serves as go-to resource for TA team on any Workday related questions
  • Ensure all TA newly hired team members complete systems and process training
  • Solicits continuous feedback from end users (TA team, Candidates, Hiring Managers) to ensure usability and efficiency of technologies and processes
  • Creates new and updates existing documentation for system and recruiting processes (i.e., SOPs, process flow charts, quick reference guides, etc.).
  • Provides leadership and operational support/system administration for other TA related technologies (e.g., Talemetry, etc.)
  • Partners with VP, TA and PM, Member Engagement on employment value proposition and branding initiatives as needed – i.e., The Muse, Indeed Sponsored, LinkedIn, HF career site, Glassdoor, Digi-Me, etc.
  • Ensures TA has the right project plans built and administered for all appropriate projects
  • Leads and facilitates TA metrics and reporting
  • Ensures Hiring Manager and Candidate Survey data is collected and analyzed
  • Leads the planning and scheduling of team meetings – planning, content, agendas
  • Leads or delegates and manages all ad hoc TA-related projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required
  • 2+ years in a HR Process/Operations/PM role
  • Workday HCM experience required, specifically with Recruiting and Core HR
  • Strong communications skills, written and verbal
  • Flexible, with the ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize tasks as necessary
  • Strong organization, customer service and time management skills
  • Ability to work in fast- paced and dynamic team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PP, Visio)

Hiring Range*:

  • Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $79,300 - $114,580

  • All Other Locations (within approved locations): $69,800 - $103,870

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
