Description and Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Mail-room, Production, and Return Mail staff
- Ensure all print, fulfillments, and postage operations are completed according to existing SLA's
- Evaluate current operations, develop an effective production schedule, and improve the overall level of print job documentation
- Foster an environment in the print shop that stresses quality, accountability, and customer service
- Identify and enhance department Information Systems inefficiencies
- Track expenses and make recommendations to reduce operating expenses
- Manage vendor relationships an ensure compliance with all the production equipment
- Maintain currency with USPS postage regulations and determine impact on financials and operations
- Oversee the maintenance of all mail-room equipment.
- Maintain PO Boxes for all lines of Business
- Additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited institution
- Prior leadership experience
- Ability to organize and manage competing priorities while working independently in a demanding environment
- Knowledge and experience in print shop production scheduling and mail room operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Proficiency with mail-merges and production tracking database/software
- Experience with the selection and relationship management of print-shop vendors
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $81,100 - $117,470
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $71,600 - $106,505
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
