Description and Requirements

The Manager, Medicare Projects is responsible for managing projects to support the development and implementation of Medicare products, including managing the annual CMS bid submission process, working cross-functionally with Product, Actuary, Pharmacy, and Delegated Vendor teams.
Manage the annual CMS bid submission process, CMS product and service area expansion applications, and other regulatory filings as applicable Drive current and future state product strategy initiatives to meet growth and member satisfaction goals Support the development of the annual ANOC and EOC documents and ensure accuracy and alignment with bid filing Ensure accurate implementation of products through collaboration with operational teams Lead efforts to improve organizational understanding of Medicare products by working with training and communication teams Lead ad hoc and special projects as determined by the department Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or relevant experience 4-5 years' experience with multiple and complex Medicare products at a regional or national insurer, including Medicare bid filing experience Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work cross-functionally and manage through influence Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changes quickly while meeting all deadlines Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to effectively manage time, and commitment to developing quality work quickly Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Hiring Range*: Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $98,400 - $142,205 All Other Locations (within approved locations): $84,400 - $125,545 As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
