Description and Requirements

Specializing in insight-driven marketing strategy and integrated cross-channel marketing planning, this individual will support the acquisition, engagement and retention of Medicare, Essential Plan, Medicaid, Child Health Plus (CHP), and commercial health plan members. Experience with developing member-facing marketing materials preferred. The successful candidate will be results driven, creative, and detail orientated. This individual will leverage consumer insights and work with internal partners (e.g. Population Health, Clinical Quality, Care Management, etc.) to develop marketing strategies and integrated marketing plans in support of enterprise initiatives related to HEDIS, CAHPS, Medicare Star Ratings, Top Quality. This individual needs to be a team player and able to work with and influence cross-functional teams to implement marketing tactics, including collateral development, stakeholder support, branding activities, and data driven (direct) marketing.
Leverages consumer insights and past marketing experience with health insurance plans to develop and drive strategies encompassing multi-channel campaigns. In collaboration with internal partners, builds integrated marketing plans, calendars, and defines appropriate key performance indicators. Utilizes strong project management skills to direct the development of marketing materials and campaigns that establish consistent product positioning in the marketplace and clearly communicate the benefits of our products from the perspective of our members. Tracks, measures, and optimize programs and materials ensuring the continuous improvement of outcomes. Analyzes competitive activity to take advantage of short and long-term opportunities. Understands key elements of HEDIS requirements to build compelling creative. Ensures that all work reflects Healthfirst marketing strategy, brand voice, and style guidelines. Understands direct response principles and applies appropriate calls to action and tracking to campaigns when appropriate. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Understanding of managed care, the healthcare industry or the Affordable Health Care Act Experience in the management and development of marketing collateral Experience creating integrated marketing campaigns for both online and offline media channels Familiar with digital marketing strategies Experience managing external downstream vendors Preferred Qualifications Familiar with HEDIS, QARR, Medicare Star Rating System Familiar with CMS surveys (CAHPS, Health Outcome Surveys) Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Marketing Project Management Platforms
Hiring Range*: Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $98,400 - $142,205 All Other Locations (within approved locations): $84,400 - $125,545 As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
