Description and Requirements

The Jr. Health Care Analyst is responsible for the productivity reporting of the Sales staff (i.e. ADP (Average Daily Production and bonus/commission data). Additionally, the analyst is responsible for Membership reporting and tracking, which include: membership trends, disenrollment reports, recertification rates and competitive landscape.
Productivity reporting of the Sales staff (i.e. ADP (Average Daily Production and bonus/commission data) for all LOB's Membership reporting and tracking, which includes: membership trends, disenrollment’s reports, recertification rates, board reports and competitive landscape Provides Sales Audit, SIU, Member Services and Regulatory with data for various audits Assists management with ad hoc reports as necessary Maintains current project logs and work plans on assignments Manages and validates ACOM data
Hiring Range*: Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $65,600 - $94,775 All Other Locations (within approved locations): $58,300 - $86,700 As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
