Description and Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Research and respond to a high volume of escalated inquiries from employees across the enterprise + HR via outlook and the HRSS Case Management tool for a variety of topics: System Troubleshooting, Reporting, Time & Absence, Technical requests etc. and recommends solutions or alternate methods.
- Act as the subject matter expert in specific areas where Workday system usage overlaps with policies and procedures. Topics including but not limited to: Workday Reporting, Time Tracking/Payroll, Workday Manager Self Service.
- Participate in conversations with HR Stakeholders, share updates with broader team and train team members as needed.
- Create clear technical requirements for enhancements and work with HR Stakeholders and HR SMEs to improve process and system workflows.
- Conduct necessary research and propose solutions. Participate in development, testing and validation sessions for new enhancements and system upgrades.
- Create, edit and generate reports in Workday as requested by the business. Proactively mine system data, identify errors and provide summaries to key stakeholders as needed. Ensure data is shared in a compliant manner. Support Enterprise audits conducted by internal departments and third party vendors by providing required data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, FED or equivalent & BA/BS
- Prior Human Resources experience, including one or more areas: HR operations, HR Systems + Technology
- Understanding of analytics and system for analysis development
- Demonstrated Advanced abilities in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong Analytics communication (written and verbal) and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of Healthcare industry
- Workday Report Writing strongly preferred
Required Skills:
- Workday Core HCM
- Advanced Excel
- ACA Reporting (preferred)
- Creating, editing, scheduling and managing reports
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $81,100 - $117,470
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $71,600 - $106,505
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
