Description and Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial analysis and reporting of assigned cost centers. Produce monthly variance reports, vendor analysis and executive summaries to business owners.
- Responsible for monthly accrual preparation for assigned cost centers. Additionally, making all necessary corrections to any financial transactions that have either been incorrectly posted or misclassified.
- Responsible for preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts of assigned cost centers working with cost center owners to ensure adherence to budget targets.
- Responsible for assisting in the monthly recording and reconciliation of prepaid entries and general ledger account
- Responsible for assisting in the preparation of month-end close materials utilized for reporting of actual vs. budget results to the CFO and other executives
- Ad-Hoc analysis and project work when required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution
- Basic Excel, Word and Power Point knowledge
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices, budgeting and financial reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights
- Previous experience working with computerized general ledger financial systems

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $67,200 - $97,155
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $59,800 - $88,910
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
